Fresh Pasta
The heart of our business. We make our pasta fresh in-house with Italian durum wheat flour in 14 flavors in numerous specialty shapes, plus 15+ varieties of homemade ravioli and gnocchi.
Specialty Grocery
Each of our stores carries a curated selection of local craft brands and imported European specialties—from San Marzano tomatoes to taralli to small batch olive oil and vinegars, and everything else under the Tuscan sun.
Wine & Beer
We were among the first retailers of Italian wine in town and we keep our shelves stocked with a rotating selection for every palette and budget. We love good beer, too.
Deli & Bakery
Our homemade focaccia is baked fresh every morning. The deli offers a respectful variety of imported meats and cheeses, including 18-month and 30-month aged prosciutto. And yes, we can slice it paper thin.
